During that time period, many bbers were wearing spandex in one form or another. The coordinating outfits are out of place in todays world of BB. If you have never posed or been in a shoot for while lifting, you have no idea how hard it really is. Im sure they didn't get that video in one take. That is why you will see lighter weight being used. You can always see for yourself by setting up a video camera in your home and do your workout, you will see what I am talking about.

I haven't been in any shoots, just ones I've done for myself. The amateur pics/videos I have done with others, trust me it was a workout.
