just wondering i am working out 3 times a week now only is that enough if your on aas. i have noticed my weight go down 5 pds i think im leaning out because im on tren but it is really funny my weight is actually going down while on tren wierd. now the question i have is on off days im doing cardio 1 hr walking will that be enough to burn fat walking 1hr or running what burns more fat. another question while on gear is 3 times enough while on gear for working out a week. thanks

ass long as you lift very heavy and tax yourself in the gym and eat right your fine think about powerlifters usually only workout 3 times a week ;)

actually i do go hardcore i notice i have more strenght the powerlifter comment is not exactly true several bodybuilders train only 3 times a week actually as well you grow when you rest not in the gym. my basic question is for max gains off aas is 3 times enough and cardio on off days. thanks

only you can answer that question...are you making gains? are you feeling good every day or do you drag ass all day?
3-4 days a week is plenty for most bodybuilders or powerlifters...i know powerlifters who train 6 days a week. you just need to figure out if it is working for you. if it works, then it works, reguardless of how much juice you are using.
