okay i am on tren acetate and test almost 2000mg a week fat is coming off i was around 283 now im back to 275 right where i started i drink once a week a mickey of rum and coke and only once a week some dude told me you piss out all the aas when u drink is that true. i have lost weigth but i look leaner please help once a week is all i drink i dont wanna lose anymore gains it is hard summer and 2000mg test your horny as hell as it is .

if u drink once per week, it is not so bad, it is normal, few beers are not dangerous for your gains..
but basicaly alcohol can mixed your diet , so do not be an alcoholic , just be modest

Alcohol slows your metabolism for a few days after drinking, so I would say no drinking when your on. Ofcourse if you stop and then go back to drinking once you've finished your cycle then you're going to be that much more disappointed with your loss.

If you wanna be a fat ass go ahead and drink. That stuff will keep you fat. You say you are getting leaner? probally cause you are not eating enough good food and burning muscle cause you are catabolic for a day or 2 from the drinking.
Yeah one drink will not effect you much but getting "plastered" cant help your progress.

to dealing with that and *basically* puts other far more important
metabolic priorities on hold until the poison IS dealt with (degraded).
ESPECIALLY, with the more liver toxic (anabolic) agents - WTF?!

okay one more questioin my bodyfat is 28 percent im 270 now im on a bulker eating clean and leaning out i was 35 percent before the cycle now if i keep calories high and eat clean and do lots of cardio can i burn fat that is the question i have . thanks to all who respond.

The above does not apply.
You asked how to lose bf and the only way to do that is in a calorie deficit. Even a pro BB has to put themselves in a calorie deficit to lose fat, although his total calorie intake may still be higher then yours, as long as he is taking in less then he burns his bf will drop. The fact that a pro bb stays relatively lean while bulking has nothing to do with losing bf, even this guy's bf will go up during a bulking phase, although for him he may still maintain a low bf as compared to the average individual.

28% bodybat? Damn...you were 35% (hell that is almost half your body in fat)...Are you a power lifter or something?

people who are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, and the subsequent physical makeover, should not concern themselves with foolishness like excessive drinking. Adrink now and then is fine. Anything more is going in the opposite direction of a healthy bodybuilders lifestyle. It's just plain and simple. It's not a debatable topic.
