505 bench, 620 squat for 3 and 750 partial deadlifts, anyone believe this?
-
Ive met him in person and after seeing how dense and jacked he is I would believe it
-
no and I'd be willing to drive to Tucson AZ with my video camera for him to prove us wrong.
-
Since his range of motion would be so small I can believe the bench and squat. Keep in mind how short his limbs are. As for the deadlift, from what I remember he doesn't even deadlift. Secondly define a "partial". Half reps don't mean anything.
in a Muscletech ad i just saw it said the deadlift was from knee level in the rack, that i would believe but not the bench or squat, i'd give him 405 on bench and 505 on squat, still not bad numbers at all.
-
have you guys ever met him in person?

Ronnie Coleman is bigger, denser and more jacked up then all of the competitors in the world's strongest man competition, yet he can't do any of the lifts those guys do.
Size does not necessarily mean strength..

yeah but he looks like he weighs 220---------dense as granite, man I'm telling u---I wasnt that impressed with him until I met him at the last Mr O.

I saw the video of him rack deading it and he was using one inch range of motion just look it up I started a thread with the vids hahahahaha

Im not so sure he couldnt do alot of those lifts if he specifically trained for them for some months or a year---he would probably be pretty fucking good and place well actually-------------and to say he cant do the lifts is ridiculous
-
he also claimed to have done a 130l lb. ONE arm dumbell extension and said he has the video to prove it.????????
-
220!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my gosh, what a BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well if you weigh 178 and are as tall as a stool---looking like you weigh 220 is impressive

I don't know mang. I just patted him on the head and blew a nice ripe fart before i walked away.
-
I mean Im sure like all pro BB some of his claims are 20 something pounds off----but he does look strong as f*ck in person thats all Im saying-
Im not his friend and could give a f*ck about him----- just giving u my observations of what I thought when I met him.

The strongman lifts require a lot of technique. Ronnie could easily hang with most of the top strongmen on regular barbell lifts.

i'll throw in for gas money

i'll throw in for gas money
I'm serious I live about an hour away I'll jump on my Harley pack my camera and meet him at his gym any day so he could prove his claims.
-
i don;t believe a one of his claims what so ever
i can do dumbell kick backs with a90 all night and day but he's a small ass guy whoever said he was 220 is being very generous
priest makes him look small and priest competes between 195 and 205 or so 500 bench maybe with abounce and wraps and no pause etc MAYBE

as big as he is for a midget he still has little man syndrome. he should kill himself immediately!

Midgets always lie.
OMFG ROFLMAO WOW that was funny he;s a pisse doff looking one too
maybe its caus ehe gets called out on his claims
-
There are natural guys who can bench 500 at his weight. I'm not saying Henry's lifts are legit, but they are hardly out of the realm of possibility considering how big he is and how much sauce he takes.
-
He has a crappy chest so its hard to believe those numbers.
-
I know natural guys taller than him that are not as jacked the put up those numbers on bench and squat, plus Dave's pretty short. Wouldn't doubt those numbers at all.

Damn, some of you guys are extremely gullible and will fall for anything. Next thing you know, some will claim that since bodybuilders are "big" they can probably beat everyone up...
-
He's a short fella.. so the range of weight movement isn't that much

alexxx, i think i saw that same video too some time ago...yeah, it was heavy ass weights, but i never saw someone do so little range of motion like that...
Well, since he have a great back, i think it works with him
-
dave henry still claims he's natural and doesnt use any drugs, so he probably lies about everything.

505 bench, 620 squat for 3 and 750 partial deadlifts, anyone believe this?
Why wouldn't anyone believe it? He has enough muscle to push that weight and trains in a power-building fashion. I see plenty of gym-rats squatting 5 and 6 wheels, why wouldn't david henry be able to push 6 himself?
