No I meant to convert from kilos to pounds formula is kilos x 2.2

now you had sex with 2 women and almost twice with a man.

I meant 310 kilos times zero = zero. ;D I can make fun of myself too. I can't go as far as you do, cuz I don't have the ugly pics to back it up.

i find it ludicrious that yanks cant convert from lbs to kilos. over in uk and ireland ppl can comnvert kg to pounds. multiply by 2.2

704lbs.

a wee tip for ya. a 45lb plate is roughly 20kg. 20.4 to be exact. there for 4 plates is roughly 180kgs. some cool things here. i seen a genuine one arm chin and double b/w chin

Best lift: a 'random juicer' turned up at my gym when i was about fourteen and squatted 700 and something lbs. Realised that all the big mouthed people squatting 315 were not hardcore after all.... [please no one bother claiming that they could squat 315 when they were fourteen years old]

Best photos: the black and whites of Dorian. Changed bodybuilding forever.

Best showing on stage: Arnold 74. What most of us would like to look like. [please no one bother claiming that they look better]

I cannot remember her name, but at the Ironman, Scot Mendelson had one of his bench press contests and some chick who weighed 155 broke the world record and did a 430lb bench. Incredible!! Her name slips my mind at the moment....someone help please!

It was Mary Ash (or something like that)

a huge man (we nicknamed him the man mountain) he was about 150kgs, powerlifter not bodybuilder came into my gym only twice... he was an angry man. the first day he did squats and got up to 7 plates each side for 8 deep reps. the intensity in his training is something i have never seen anything like before.
the next day he did bench press and got up to 4 1/2 plates each side for 4 reps but doing it reverse grip.
his legend will live long.

The late wrestler, Ravishing Rick Rude came into our gym in PHX, put 315 on the squat rack shoulder level, and did 12 reps just standing there, not even bouncing, I was 26 then, and I'll never forget it. For his frame, and build, you would think "no way". It was a sight to behold.................. .......oh, and he didn't squat it, he pressed it over his head.................... ..........12 reps..............

I have seen some very impressive lifts in a competition like when Bolton pulled 971 lbs recently.

In the gym the best lift I have seen is a bodybuilder (a no-name) who played with 405 lbs on the incline for 5-6 clean reps.
