???

Depends on which one adds more inches...if you get my drift hahaha yes!
-
the unbelievable, ronnie is in much better shape.
-
Unbelievable for me, Redemption was ok if you want to pay 40 bucks to see Ronnie eat at either Blach eyed Pea or Outback resturants like 20 times in the video. That pissed me off a little ;D
-
the unbelieveable for me, simply because of the shock factor. It showed the 800 dead for 2 etc, something which made you watch every1 elses videos and say "is that all they can lift?" The COR was repetative and far too long IMO, though the training was great
Jayd Ripped 2 Shreds is my pick though

???
Both are good. He does some crazy poundages that make you wonder when you watch other pro's videos and watch them lifting jack shit.
PB

shawn's to the extreme is my favourite overall....very motivational.
-
They are both worth the money but do not get his new "on the road"! it was the worst video i've ever purchased.

I also liked unbeleivable mush better... Cost of redemption is cool though.

I don't plan on it. GMV's video quality is pretty poor. At least compared to Mits! 8)

I'd have to go with The Unbelievable. COR is pretty good, however its a bit boring at times and very long. I would describe the difference as follows: The unbelievable is comprised of just the highlights of the COR.
There's more lifestyle type footage in the COR.

Both are great video's!!!! 8)

this is in no way a diss on the video,,,but when my kids can't sleep,,,I put in COR,,,puts them out like dat,,,especially when Ronnie's quiet making his breakfast gruel.

mmmm
unbelivable.... he went mega heavy....
lifts that impressed me there...
200lb dumbell presses for 12 reps...
and him barbell rowing 5 plates per side..... for 8 to 10 reps...
cost of redemption was good also...
he did 160 db shoulder presses.... and 800 squat below paralell.. and whole other bunch of crazy stuff

Jeffrey : You say Ray's (to the extreme ) Is good. Could you tell me a little more about it.
