Coleman has used the same schedule and workouts through his career , except that , in order to utilize all of his favorite exercises, consecutive muscle-group worj=kouts are not indentical. These are his standard exercises , but one unlisted movement may be substituted per workout.
Amazing to say the least , apparently overtrianing doesn't apply to Ronnie and the thing I noticed was he did no standing calves rasies and the weights for his calf exercises seem " light " for a man of his strenght .

Where you got this from? Ronnie did 2 reps with 800 on his video and I doubt he will suddenly claim doing another 10 reps.

from what i recall, its from an article pre-olympia in Flex, after Gunter beat him. They thinly explain that the sets and reps are his usual, but the poundages listed are his max weight (though it says something along the lines of "he does go heavier")

I understand playing up poundages a bit for hype and sales. But they print plain bullshit in those mags. Talk about 800 lb squats like they are a piece of cake. 500 lb presses for 5 sets of 12 after 3 sets of 200 lb dumbell presses for 12

you can't fit 13 or even 12 45's on an olympic bar so how exactly would he do t-bars with 585? i seem to recall the heaviest he ever want on t-bars was 11 45's which is 495 and the most 45's you can fit on an olympic bar. the man is incredibly strong so why exaggerate?

HAHA Ronnie is so strong that Kaz called him up and asked him to open a pickle jar he couldent get into. When Ronnie refused Kaz just smashed the jar and ate the pickes off the ground. Ronnie was busy that day welding steel beams together with his hands.

I was reading in the last issue of Flex about how Ronnie is so strong he can stop hurricanes and tornado's with his bare hands.

I don't remember any 100 pound plates in there and even if there were using the magic of math the total weight could not have been 585 if he had used a mixture of 100's and 45's, moron. You can look at the thread with the recent pictures of Ronnie doing t-bar rows. Not a single 100 pound plate on the bar.

My naive friend! In Ronnie Coleman the incredible video Ron loads 12 plates unto the bar. Now 13 x 45 = 585! How did I get 13 you ask? Go check how much the bar weights and go back to school kid! ;)

ok arsehole, fair enough. I didnt realise he only did 1 solitary photoshoot using T-Bars, my sincerest apologies for thinking i saw something i didnt. Seriously though ill fucking scan them and upload them for you since you dont have a clue. First plate is a 100, and there are 10 or 11 * 45's on the bar

Never believe what pros say they can lift. They are not strong men or power lifters. I witnessed a very fat Lance Dreyer working out years ago and his poundages were lighter than mine.
