Title: should I change my name to mr. propionate??

I will rant a little in classic Capt. Equipoise style:   this freakin prop Im on for the last four of my cycle is nuts.... i been taking 200mg EOD and Im exploding.... I love this shit.... maybe this is my best gains of the cycle!!!!!

Just gimme an IPOD full of Led Zepplein IV, Appetite for Destruction, master of puppets, even a little Jimi hendrix

Add in some hot chics in spandex shorts running around in the cardio area

..... a blast of propionate before the workout, and i guaran-damn-tee you I can get people staring......     ;D


P.S. I fucking CRAWLED away from the leg room today...  ;D

go get 'em boys!!

I take 200mg eod so like 800mg per week.....its bad asss
