Title: safe dose for deca for a women ? If any ??
Post by: coolioni on June 27, 2006, 03:22:24 AM: My wife is wanting to go on a cycle.
I have read deca is a safer steriod for her to take.
What dosage is a fair amount, but not too high to cause many side effects ?
I was thinking 25-50 mg every 10-14 days ????
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly do not recommend any steriod use at all for women. Even light anobolics like primobolin or winstrol or anavar are just not worth it unless she is planning to compete. If she is still hellbent on doing it I would advise anavar orals but at a very low dosage.

1st cycle was anavar at 10 mgs a day for about 6 weeks.
2nd cycle was pretty rough on her she took test phenylprop at 25 mg every 10 days.
She looked awesome though, but got a few sides so she did not use again til now.
She just did a shot of 25 mg of deca last week.
So it is too early to tell how it will work.
She is insisting on taking them, so I get her to only take very low doses.
She is pretty close to competing too, so at least it may be wworth it some day.
