......never to step in the gym ever again, would you take it..?
-
20,000 isn't much.
-
Yep I would take 2 grand of the 20. Hit up ebay for a olympic bar. A squat rack, smith machine, bench, weights and some dbs.....
Then take my cool 18 gs to the bank!
-
In your case, i'd get a book on grammar.

Do you stink, or why did they offer such an amount? ???

I was thinking the same thing. I mean, I know I'm a whore but I'd have to haggle a bit more with the price. ;D

Never to work out or never to step in a gym? You can do a lot of damage in your basement or garage. I doubt anyone in this room would quit working out.

You need to be extremely motivated, (on the Clubber Lang level,Rocky 3), to train at home. Very hard to keep in the zone. But that's only my opinion

You must be a kid or something. $20,000 isn't much. That's like $9/hour... not much more than the illegals at the day-labor places get. A college graduate just starting out can expect to make twice that... more if they're in a high cost-of-living area.
Most college graduates aren't going to make US $40,000 right out of school. Business and engineering students can, but many others most likely won't.

depends on the region. I don't know how anyone could live in a lot of California on 20k a year. But in FL, it'd be easy. Round here tho, you're right. most college grads need a year or two to get up to 40k. Longer for govt positions.
-
20 grand a year to not go to the gym? or 20 grand one time? I am confused.
-
I'd take it and build a home gym also.
So many small gyms are closing down and selling all the equipment off on ebay...
-
yep i will quit working out and with this 20 grand i wll go on to become a pornstar and do the thing i hate the most..sex..i will keep on fucking sexy hot women and i will make sex my life...
-
Not a chance.
-
I would stab the person offering me the money and he will never step in the gym cause of the incident, instead he shall be relagated to his chair and only post on GetBig his aspirations of gettin back in the gym....
welcome, you have been JaeJOwn3d...

I totally agree with the zone thing. Would be too easy for me to blow off legs and just watch tv.

shouldnt the question be
"If you was offered 20 grand........
......to step in the gym again and again, would you take it..?"

Harsh but true ;D

What if you could sue 240 for making mean cartoons about you, and you were awarded $100,000?
Would you quit working out then? ;D
Sure, my elbow is sore anyways... :-X

I don't work now so...... ;D Actually I wouldn't quit for a million dollars. I am not joking either. It would take way more than that.

I wasn't sure if it was meant to be a "forever" quit. If that was the case, all jokes aside, I would not quit for $100,000 bucks. Like you I really think it would take more than a million. Kinda interesting to see this kind of dedication and worth people place on working out. Not very "GetBig-Like" all this getting along and introsepction. :P

To be honest I would have to be set for life to not EVER lift again. That would be about 10 mill. I would buy a mansion and a nice car and party and have fun until the old kicker went. A million would not buy you much and surely isn't enough to retire on. I know a few people who have a mill. in the bank and they certainly aren't retiring anytime soon.

the money aspect isn't really the issue. There's no chance of me giving up for £20,000 or £200,000. It's difficult to actually put my finger on it, but the gym has saved me in a funny kinda way, a source of therapy. Any1 see where i'm coming from...?

Yet another GetBig sleeper of a thread.
Zzzzz.....
-
......never to step in the gym ever again, would you take it..?
i dont work out at all now... i post on getbig ;D

They offered me a hundred grand. You want to know something? When I found out I could get my hands on you, I said I'd do it for nothing.
-
20 grand aint sh*t for to not to be able to anything for the rest of your life
-
where's my check?
-
You can make it 200,000 and it wouldn't be worth it.....now, I'd consider it for 2mil cause I could afford to setup my own home gym and tell the regular gym to F-OFF!!

I would take the money and spend it all on weed and become a pothead ;D

It should be "If you *were* offered 20 grand"
I *is* not able to understand
-
