I heard that your testosterone (natural) levels are highest in the morning figuring that you wake up in the morning and go to bed at night. Is this true and if so would it then be wise to do my training in the morning?

It would make sense, but unless you are willing to put 100% effort into the morning workout, it'd be just a waste of time. High intensity training during your workout raises your test level anyway, so IMO the best time to train is when you can focus on it.
