Sorry been busy dudes, training hard trying to get my fighting game together, with weight training, cardio, martial arts and wrestling training I have been doing, dont have much time to get on.  So how you guys beens, everyone feel free to respond, espsically u vets that know me and go way back!!!! I wanna know how my brothas been?

Hell yea, hey "alex" I don't recall saying in my post that I was using "roids".  So chill stickboy.  Anywho, thanks for the postings brothers, where have the other guys been, biG O, "O", bigmike. 

Hey denvmuscle, I heard u been gettin big bro, keep it up!!

I think soon I am going to have to change my SN to johN79, cause I am losing the big part, haha, oh well, can't have it all, cutting weight is a bitch!

Thanks for the props- yep- been packin' it on.  Thanks to good source and good advice from ya and the board, I'm not sure where it will end ha!
