Can anyone tell me how to perform the hip pull-throughs with perfect form, not missing any inch from any form or position? I heard this is DA best work out for glutes.

Are you talking Deads on cables with the cables running between your legs? I don't know how comforatable it would be but I would do them the same as a regular deadlift.
