How do i get my motivation back after 2years of heavy drinking fucking and shitting i am thinking maybe home gym might be good then i have to train coz i bought all the stuff and i got a whole load of m1t waiting for me.. What you think??

at least? i'd wait longer than that. but yes definatly get the diet to a "T" as best you can first.

you can drink fuck and shit at the gym. don't let that stop you from joining a gym!
