5oz of V8 Splash Tropical Blend
2 scoops of Chocolate mint protein powder (Cyto Gainer)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter CHUNKY
2/3 cup of quaker oats....
1 scoop of of glutamine 5mg
and about 4 cubes of ice

Holy jumpin that will make shit in cubes. Some pretty thick shit, do you know the breakdown by chance? Protein,carbs, fat that sort of stuff.

my protien shake is like two and half scoop of protein powder isoflex which has glutamine in it then i throw in two raw eggs  a banana  then some non fat milk and like two scoops of vanilla ice cream  its pretty good and it gets me full  so i like it

Today I up'ed the scoops of cytogainer to 3 and took out the Glute


Tomorrow I might add in some pineapple....
