I had the "whatever it takes" mentality. I thought it would allow me to generate even more workout intensity w/o feeling pain. Definitely glad I stayed away...

Perhaps one of the GetBig drug gurus can better answer this. But basically it is a drug equivalent to heroin. It's popular among bodybuilders because it supposedly masks the pain associated with very intense training, as well as pain from injuries. In truth, however, it's just an excuse to get high and be a junkie w/o the stigma. From what I'm told it is highly addictive, so stay away kids...

I was pretty good freinds with him. I met him through Phil Golia, Phil and kimiko Tanaka were aslo very good freinds of mine. Phil was the original, low carb, high protein guru.ot of what I know. Good guy, but lost track of him as well.

I am just working and meander around on the site, but have not been on in a while or ever since I heard about Billy. The whole thing just made me sad.

I was just thinking about the time when I was training with Kevin and he got me ready for the Ironman that was in Fontana. You were there.
