Hey all!!
I am hosting a figure and fitness camp featuring the training of Mike Davies at my Daytona Beach, Club Boom fitness location the weekend of July 21st!!
Mike Davies, THE trainer of top figure and fitness pro's will be holding an all-inclusive training camp for all figure and fitness girls! In addition to Mike's incredible training...I will be teaching the tricks of the trade for strength moves to any aspiring or current fitness competitors. Learn how to succeed in the fitness routine round without being a gymnast!!
