Well, relatively speaking. But he shouldn't have tried to defend his title with that nasty torn bicep. By accepting that year's Sandow, he was taking something that rightfully belonged to someone else.

I rather have yates hold the trophy than Ray, Nassar, or Flex...Kevin should of won though

I met Mike in the early 90's, really cool down to earth guy, great guest poser and entertainer, wicked ass delts, arms and calves.

I met Mike in the early 90's, really cool down to earth guy, great guest poser and entertainer, wicked ass delts, arms and calves.

Same here, I met Matarazzo in the late 90's and he was very personable, friendly, and IMO left a great impession of how a bodybuilder should act instead of being a stuck up ass.

why?

its not like he literally had 1 arm.  1 muscle was fucked up that wasnt even a very strong point before.  if his by wasnt torn, it would have made him a bit better, but didnt ruin his physique.  sure, it was a drawback, but it wasnt the end of the world.
