Calves. I do them on leg day (tues) and on Arm day (fri) How many of you guys hit your calves every other day or every day?

I would guess that everything in Lee's house is smaller than the average person's.. sorta like those troll creatures in lord of the rings.

he would have been such a great jockey if he would have gave the juice to the horses like he was supposed to, rather than taking it himself.

Yeah, Lees are pretty good for a dwarf. Does he always pm you asking you to describe what going on a rollercoaster feels like? it gets annoying.

Yeah he is pretty much banned from all theme parks for inpersonating supermen. Too bad he couldn't fly through security.

leg day and back day since i do hams after back and since im already there...but then again my calves are better then average ,like anybody cares..:)

Never more than twice per week. Typically, heavier weight (6-10 reps) low volume.

I hit my calves twice a week with my legs. Standing calf raises is the ultimate mass builder.

Yes standing calf raises definatly helped me put on some size but I get a much bigger burn from seated.

once a week, after legs. i give it everything i got with some heavy weight but about 15-20 reps.

hit them as often as they feel recovered. most of the time its every other day..but sometimes they stay sore for a couple of days.

I tried drop sets a few times with Standing Calf Raise and got a burn in my ankles. Is that normal? Never really got a great feel in the contraction doing that movement, but taking an extra flex at the top helped, for anyone who feels they aren't getting full flex.

Once a week normally. Every few months I will go a month and do twice a day.

I hit 'em twice a week.Tue. w/ back.Thur. w/ legs.4-standing,4-seated,4-Donkeys or in the leg press.Thing is,I have gotten great results from changing foot position.Toes in/straight/out/straight.I change foot position I start w/ @ begining of each set.Also change footing I start w/ @ begining of each excersize.
Add to this a deep stretch @ bottom.And a good hard squeze @ the top.Man! my damn calves are burnin'!AND DON'T FAG OUT!!! STRETCH & SQUEZE!!!Your not gonna grow by moving up & down an inch.Trust me.I know.
