Do you ever have an off day where you go to the gym and train the muscles you feel dont get enough work? Like today i went and did calves,traps,forearms, and abs.

yup
suppose to be a rest day but sometimes i do stuff like forearms, neck, grip work stuff like that

I try nd cover everything but yeah i end up doing calves and abs a lot on rest days, feel fucking shitty otherwise!

i frequently do something very similar... i have a 4 out of 7 days training routine, but i will often mix in a 5th or even a 6th day where i do a small amount of training for particular muscles
