Training during PCT
Hi
im currently on PCT:
Days 1
200mg clomid
40mg nolva
40mcg clen
Day’s 2-11
50mg clomid
40mg nolva
40mcg clen
Day’s 12-21
50mg clomid
20mg nolva
40mcg clen
Supplements also taken during PCT daily
vit E 2000mg/day
Vit c 2000mg/day
Mutli vitamin 1 a day
Glutamine 20g (1 dosage in morning & 1 at post training)
The question is: should i continue training the way i was during
my cycle hard and heavy?
or i should slow down since i dont have the support from drugs?
i gotta tell you even after i stoped the cycle my strength hasnt been reduced

I have also heard of guys taking in mega amounts of creatine to help avoid mass loss after pct. I wouldn't suggest it unless you have the kind that doesn't require tons of sugar for uptake in the muscles for bloat and digestive reasons I have questioned this but I have heard several regulars at my last gym swear by it. Might be worth a try if you don't mond being a guinea pig ;D and are willing to tell me how it worked for you.

I would keep training the same way. Just really listen your body during this time to avoid injury. Also, be sure to maintain your diet as this is critical especially during pct.

Just cause your off the gas,Dosent mean you slow down.Or blow off your diet(If you had one)Keep Rock N' Rollin'.Your body will tell you when to back off.But dont mistake laziness for the cues.
