I worked out at the same gym he did in the early 90's.  I can assure you this guy trained his ass off.  Regardless of whether anyone believes me I saw him with my own eyes do 495 reverse grip flat bench for 8 reps.

Thats where I used to see him train.  There is a lot of good gyms in that area for BB and powerlifting.  I hope all the tatoos Eddie got dont affect his standings, because I think he his time to do some damage has come.

"But his genetics are such that his arms were going to grow out of control, regardless of what he did, how much, or even too much. Still Eddie learned a great deal about what works and what doesn't through his many years devoted to arm training. In fact, amazingly enough, now Eddie only does 1 exercise for biceps."

HAHA "arms growing out of control" I wish I had that

true lifts 435 incline for 1, 315 for 18-20 flat bench and 365 shoulder press for 1, still amazing but nowhere near the claimed lifts.

Honest to god, when I saw him training in the early nineties he was pressing some serious weight.  He looks a lot smaller now so I doubt if he could still do it.  I gaurantee he could incline press 585 for one rep back then though.  BTW,  when he would do the 585 flat bench for reps he used a reverse grip like Anthony Clark.  Pretty strange.

the building still there but it became body central and closed up, also phoenix fitness which was right next to the wild samoans wrestling school closed up. eskimo's gym on tilghman street closed. the only good independant in the area is xertek. did you ever go to the olympic gym on  19 th street or the body factory at vantage point and then behind the whitehall mall, i almost bought that place till i saw that the majority of revenues was from steroid sales.the chains took over gold's gym in bethlehem, whitehall, and near the south mall, and an la fitness on 15 th street the mall of gyms.

I train at the Golds in Bethlehem when I visit my parents.  Pretty good gym.  When i lived there I trained at Body Dynamics.  That is where I used to see Eddie train.  There was also a gym in Easton on 25th street where I used to train but I forgot the name.
