Title: Types of Protien
Post by: topdog on July 13, 2006, 09:44:10 AM
I see there are different types of protien out there, just wanted other opinions what types of protien might be better for someone trying to build more muscle mass.  Is egg better than soy? I have read up on them, but they usually talk about digestive times for the different ones.  I just want to know if one is better than the other for muscle mass.

Thanks

Optimum Nutrition is pretty good/tasty.I use 100% pure whey. But they have other types of protien lines.Look around your nutrition store.
