This board is going in a good direction now and the last week has been great.

i havent seen any assclown comments which is great.

Arnold Jr and Rimbaud are awesome and know how to keep things on task in a diplomatic way WITHOUT INSULTING EVERYONE. That is what being a leader is all about: possessing the ability to regulate without losing your cool or insulting folks. That speaks volumes. leaders who conduct themselves in this manner rarely have to raise their voice because they are respected by everyone (and liked) Leaders who consistently lose their cool and insult people end up shooting themselves in the foot because they lose everyones respect. in the case with DIV, this is exactly what happened. People were tired of his attitude and were harassing him out of rebellion. I know DIV is a good guy, but his leadership skills were not very sharp.
