How will YOU look when YOU are 42? I can't comment on his health but he looks damn good and healthy for a 42 year old.

How many Pro bodybuilders have you seen looking that good carying the amount of weight in the off season at 42?

None..because no one looks good when their 40-50lbs above competition weight!

How many of you can carry 180-200 on your shoulders for 100yds in the Arlington,TX heat?  That's f##kin cardio!   How many other guys on the O stage would even try it?  They'll hit the mill for a nice walk.  Give the man credit.  He is 42-43yrs old.

So...that about 60yds total going back and forth!  How many 42-43 yr olds do that on hot southern days.

Nothing against ronnie, but what he does is not a lunge. I still give him credit, though. He is the fucking man.

You're right, it's more like a long stride. I have clients to try to do them the same way....I threaten to cut their hamstring at the back of their knees to get then to do right..LOL!
