ohhhh mango peach---i just threw up in my mouth a little
Try the RTD flavor of it and you'll know what Im talking about-------although I havent tried the powder---I stick to the vanilla (although it tastes nasty by itself-it mixes well with other sh*t-i.e nat. pnt bttr, oatmeal etc....)
isopure is great its just got mad sodium

u can get 7.5lbs for 40 something $-----which is expensive but not bad for an isolate with added glutamine and BCAA's

I am very doubtful that whey protein differs that much....Its not like there are a million different ways to make why protein. Besides, since when did a different brand really speed up the muscle gain process?

I think you are right. I saw no difference with growth over the years using different brands of whey.
I just like the iso since it mixes up so easy.

I'm all about it because I like the taste and I'm lactose intolerant so I can digest it without a problem. Adonis makes a good argument but like I said for the 2 reasons I use it.

yes it doesn't clump up at all as well, so that's another big plus.

I think the Mango Peach after taste is the same as Absolut Apeach which isn't always a bad thing unless you have a hangover, otherwise i say top 1-3 protein powder ever and i am very sad to say for the first month in over a year i won't have Isopure :-\

are foods that I look forward to eating because the foods I eat don't have much flavor.
Neither are cheap relative to canned tuna or cheap whey but when dieting you should opt for the foods that you don't mind eating or you will go crazy.

I was using it strictly for morning protein shakes (2 scoops), i just recently started mixing all types of shit into my shakes cause i am tired of cooking so much (or ordering out :-\).

Try the White Albacore Tuna in water, i never liked tuna but i started eating that shit like 2 years ago with 4-5 slices of bread and it's great for a quick clean meal but you need like 20oz of water to take it down (it's dry).

I don't like tuna per say either but they spice that stuff up well. It's the only tuna I like. The "sweet and spicy" is my favorite. minimal sugars.

I can honestly say i never knew there was a "sweet and spicy" tuna? but it sounds kinda nasty :P I can't thnk to eat tuna any other way they the White Albacore and plain.

This is the type of tuna with higher mercury levels in it (not good for you). The cheap chunk tuna atually has the lowest levels of mercury and that's what I eat.
Else eat canned chicken...

whey concentrate is much higher in sugar and carbs which does make a differnce if ur dieting.

ANd believe me some supplement companies are shady and lie about there nutritional facts so the brand does make a differnce ----------other than that differnt filteration methods are used for certain wheys (which I agree with u that that doesnt make a signifigant differnce in quality)

when you diet on as low as carbs as i do you need that much fat then agian my diet is fuckin weird caus ei am lazy and can;t stand doing dishes 40 times a day

I like to mix 30 grams of mango peach whey with 16oz of pure Mango puree. Monster ab shooter cocktail.
btw i'm down to 145 now and stronger than ever. Less is more.

Dude looks not lifts impress people, i don't know your goals but i know you should probably gain atleast 10lbs in overall lean mass :D

If I could gain 10lbs in lean mass I'd be happy to. But to put on 10lbs or pure muscle will take a while. Maybe by the time I'm 29. Right now I have lost the fat pretty much everywhere. If I can bulk without getting fat so be it. If not I'm happy increasing my bodyweight strength ratios and staying lean and healthy. Truth is I prefer that the type of people who dig beefy dudes ignore me.

True you should use it but then your getting simple carbs too as well as that fat so wouldn't make much sense.
I get fat from a few whole eggs or beef + flax and olive oil.
