I'm back from the gym, blending a Mint Chocolate Grasshopper protein shake when I hear the ice crunching louder than normal.
I look over and discover that the little ice-hole cover on the lid of the blender has fallen into the blender and has shredded to a million pieces.
This ever happen to you?

YEP. Sure has.
Fucking hated it.
One time, just a small plastic piece fell into the blender, and since it was small, it did not really make any weird noises/sounds. So there I am drinking my fucking shake, and all of a sudden I start feeling these small pieces of torn up plastic................. .... >:(

When I diet down, I only eat tuna and salmon 90% of the time. On the weekends, I'll have some flank steak and chicken breat. Its a pretty spartan diet.

Cream allows for better absoprtion, fat and protein absorb better.
240 if you spend money on a top blender it makes all the diffrence in the world, makes them fluffy, and real creamy

Just a tip from the doc, Vince. As you are of a 'plus-size,' you gotta exercise caution around appliances like a blender. You might get one of those jugs of yours caught in the blade, and you don't want that. Ouch. ;)

OMG! you're not serious right, Vince? You know you shouldn't be advising people what to eat. as a matter of fact, you shouldn't even follow any diets from Pros because you are not a PRO! not even close to being a bodybuilder! I'm not trying to be mean, just straight up like you say "keep it real"!
By the way 240, what may work for some dudes may not work for you, you go and try what works best for your own body... you know your own system better than anyones.

Finding what works for your body takes time. Once you know what works for you, then you can get into shape very fast. Some people tolerate things better.

Actually when leaning up (I did let myself go for a bit with all the recent work!) I eat more, earlier in the day. then I do cardio after workout in afternoon, have a monster shake, and then snack on lean protein all night.

I never encourage 240 to take weight gainers or what not! all i said is that he should do what is comfortable for his body because ur diet, levrone's diet or even chad nichols might not be suitable for him. he has to take the trial n error method and tweak it his way. he might even take in more carbs than u cuz his metabolism might be higher, but i dont know. you obviously need to do something cuz your diet is sure aint workin at all.

I don't burn a lot of calories building websites 12 hours a day. So I don't eat a lot.
Now that I'm gunning for 10th place in the mr getBig, I'm doing a late afternoon workout, then an hour of cardio, then a great shake, then chewing on clean protein all night. Metabolism is jumping.

believe me 240, i was a digital 2D animator for 8 yrs and i have sat for 12-16hrs straight, our minds get tired, thinking, creating, manipulating ideas and... hell ya I know... we get hungry!
