By 20 lbs. I am 225 I would hardly call that scrawny. I do have a very slim waist but 225 would not classify Scrawny. Why don't we just resolve this very easily. thanks mang! yeah all i have to do pretty much is clean up my diet and that makes all the difference. right now I'm down from 270 to 255 and my strength is still pretty much there

no, i dont bench ....shitty pec developer. but i do dumbells...and while im on a low carb cuttin pahse...im still getting up to the 110's for 7.....and i weigh 246 as of today.
you couldn't do that with a chain hoist.

When I was 16 I could only bench 250 lbs with a barbell...but I was wrestling and always starving myself.I weighed 155 lbs at the time.Wrestled 152...I know that is no big deal,and not all that good either,but If you are 246 lbs you should be benching well over 300 lbs.

yes i know.....thats why i said my chest is weak. i bench somewhere around 315...which for kid my age is just average at my weight....when the rest of me is far above.
so why say i couldnt do those dumbells.....when you just admitted an average kid my age could???
