I would think that Alexxx would get a push/pull leg workout from holding his blow up doll between his legs and than trying to deflate it, with his feet, when his mother comes home early. The only time he gets a hot chick is at Easter time or if he orders from the Kentucky Fried Chicken place.

Seeing as how the main function of the leg muscles is to push , rather than pull, I not sure I understand the question.  If pulling means involving the hams, like leg curls, STDL, GMornings, than OK. Lots of ways to do to this. You could SS, tri set, giant set, etc. which is usually the case with most BB'ers. Or you could work quads and than the Hams after. Some guy's will work the Ham's first and than the quads, even with SS's. Someone with success with their own push/press leg workout exercises could offer you some suggestions, I'm sure. Good Luck.

LOL--JPM---!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Colonel would even laugh at this post!

Now to address the post----

I find that push/pull techniques work well for me---

For lower body
I do squats and leg presses-- or squats and leg curls
or cleans and hit everything

Upper body
Dumbell pullovers or bent over rows with bench or chest press.

Good luck!
