I have a weird question... I see there are 2 categories/classes

BUT only see one list of prize winnings, 1,2,3 etc....

So will there be (2) 1st place winners, (2) 2nd place etc etc?

General question....

I havent been on any supplements for the last two-three years. Jsut eating and protein shakes after a workout. In saying that...

Is it safe to assume that my body will respond really well to a regimen of products because I have not been using.

What regimen would best work ?

From the list provided and their respective pics in the members section I think the top will look something like this:
mesomorph, baby hercules, myseone, bast

with the rest placing out of the top 4.
