^^^^ yea i already thought about buying the creatine...iam gonna tr it tomorrow...why the powder tho???because you need protein to re-build your muscles once you break them down through weight training. most of the protein should come from real foods, but immidietly after your workout yu need fast digesting protein....and the powder is the cheapest, fastest, most effective way.
buy protein powder and creatine....ands since your a newbie you can lose fat and put on muscle at the same time...so i suggest you do both......
OMG...DO NOT LISTEN TOT HIS GUY.you such a fuckin idiot heracles. creatine helps build muscle by storing extra water in your muscle fibers..... what the fuck does that do too hurt fat loss??? if anything, the extra muscle youll gain from getting stronger from creatine is goig to raise your metabolism...causing more fat loss.
