I have seen many diff. articles when cycling to "eat clean" or "anythings fair game as long as protein is down...." What do you guys recommend? Does bulking up w/ juice minimize fat gains even tho you are eating dirty vs. eating dirty while natural?
-
Honestly on on or off cycle I TRY to eat clean, but while ON cycle I am so hungry all the time I eat anything!!!!!!
-
I think it would depend on your goals when on cycle.

Good reply. Caloric intake more than what you burn = weight gain / mass cycle vice versa for cutting. While on eat at least 1.5 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight and stay away from processed foods, fast foods, soda, high fat intakes and you will do good. High fat = more cholesterol which will be doubled with the gear anyway, not a good thing.

in my mind there are at least 2 reasons for eating cleang when juicing:
1) it is generally a good habit and life style and looks better even when you are bulking...
2) you spend money on gear, you work your way to find a supplier...so you might want to take the best of the gear....plus the satisfaction of seeing your body changing, the veins popping up..way better than 10 ice creams...
what do you guys think??

i have been eating everything ,, :P

Agree, I can bulk up just fine without juice.

if one's test were naturallt low and they decided to stay calean and eat heavy, will it result IN MORE of a chance to store excess cals as bodyfat compared to the same individual who does a very mild 250mg per week dose of test just to get back to the natty levels?
-
I eat clean for health...however i do eat 6 meals a day. all clean meals with lean meats and lots of green veggies. Fruit before workouts...
Eating everything in sight is a good way to gain "weight" but in my opinion it will make cutting more difficult and you might lose alot of that hard earned muscle in the process.

Agreed.
Why most people can't comprehend this is beyond me.

in a word:
YES
as far as the "clean/ dirty" thing....i def. eat more simple carbs while "on". but eating clean helps the ticker....thats what is important....otherwise you might be big in a box!!!

I agree...most people think they have the right to eat a lot of everything because they say " i am on gear..."
it is the misconcenption that gear will make miracles all of a sudden...

That's for sure, Ive seen people fat as hell on gear. Always wonder why bother.....cause they look like sh*t. If I saw them on the street and someone said they juiced, it would be funny........cause it really dont even look like they train.

I am and have been been clean for a few years now. I look pretty good, although I could use about 40lbs over the next 15 to compete..want to keep it as lean as possible, just worried that having low test will result in more fat storage as my body doesnt have the test flowing as it should....if I keep my diet clean, will I be fine? No way am I thinking that AAS is the solution , but curious that in my situation, does it make sense?

Wisdom Spoken . . .
--I eat clean for health...however i do eat 6 meals a day.
all clean meals with lean meats and lots of green veggies. --
AGREED!
Gotta also weight in' on this one . . .
I generally eat clean most of the time,
on a cycle or not...
And I stay cut, generally below 10% BF
and maintain my muscle base.
I - F E E L - like I can eat what I want to . . .
have great freedoms in enjoying food.
**I DO watch (all dietary) sugars though
as they ARE the culprit of bulging waistline,
NOT so much to do with the fats...
-
OK...AS DO I...BUT DO U GUYS HAVE LOW TEST??????????//
