Hi Lee, just a quick question. What is a good move or combonation of exercises that can help bring out my biceps peak? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thx,
PB

Have you tried doing curls?

I have seen good strength and size increase on my arms with doing Skull Crushers and super setting right into Curls. I use the easy bar to do this.
I start with the bar and 25's, then move to 35's, and then to finish off with a set of 8 with 45's on the bar. From time to tme I get a full set of 10 in there....
It's all hard work...But the looks ya get when you put them 45's on ana dstart curling away.....It's worth the effort and hard work....

Peak is genetic if you don't have it you will never have it.Just focus on building big arms.

True but there are some exercises that are better than others for bringing out max. genetic potential that won't be seen or developed through conventional curls. That's why Larry Scott had a better peak in his 50s than he had while competing:
-Lying spider curls
-Scott curls using the straight up and down side of the bench AKA seated spider curls
-DB curls lying face-down on a bench

Yeah right
Knowing beforehand that it was another "Bluto" contribution it was already clear that the post would be heavy on content-we'd learn alot as usual. ::) ::) ::)
Bluto's specialty is mono-syllabic grunts.

So you're saying that Ronnie Coleman needs to add "lying spider curls" (among other exercises!) otherwise he won't bring out his maximum genetic potential? You're a fucking clown. Stop posting.

"Yup yup gotta get 'pumpster' on my team to teach me some good ol lying spider curls. Yeah buddy"

Dufus, Coleman also does exercises that you'd make fun of until you knew someone well-known did them. Then predictably, you'd be impressed because you're a follower and dim-witted as everyone other than you already realizes. Just like spider curls what he'd be open to doing would go right over your blockhead. ;D

I can't bother answering seriously someone who specializes in unfunny one-liners with no content.

You can't answer. Period.

Also overhead curls on a lat machine. Start with your arms fully extended straight up and bring the bar behind your head. Killer contraction.
Another thing to remember is you can improve the appearance of a peak by training your brachialis. reverse preachers with your arms hanging off is good. I do my spiders that way too. They are a great bi exercise. also when training arms always let em' just hang and don't try and muscle the weight up. I know these things because I am an expert bodybuilder

Don't forget the one hand jerk off, really hits the peak of the biceps

Blockhead proving once again that he has absolutely nothing to say. Useless AND unfunny. Extremely desperate for attention.
