Title: Need advice about training

This year a competed for the first time on squat and I will compete soon on bench press! Although I'm not very well prepared, cause I don't have a trainning partner and I only prepared myself during 40 days, due to a back injury! My squat routine was
Monday: 1x80kgx10 / 1x100kgx8 / 1x130x6 / 1x160kgx4 / 1x185x1 / Leg Press: 3x350kgx8
Friday:  1x80kgx10 / 1x100kgx8 / 1x130x6 / 1x160kgx4 / 1x185x1

Bench press:
Tuesday: 1x50kgx10 / 1x100kgx6 / 1x130x4 / 1x150kgx2 / 1x165kgx1 // Incline press: 3x120kgx6
Saturday: repeat.

I have been training for several years but not for squat or bench competitions, I trained to stay fit and strong, but I also trained some boxing once a week. Now I want to train only for strength and to increase my muscle size.

My normal workout schedule is:
Chest and  Tri
Legs and calves
off
Back and bic
shoulder and calves
off
off
repeat
What kind of training should I follow so that next year I can lift real weight? I am 1.80cm tall and I weight 98Kg, 9 % body fat and I'm 28 years old!

if you want to train for powerlifting you need training partner(s).
