I train on a fair amount of speed (amphetamine) & use very small & infrequent doses of Test & Deca. I don't smoke, drink or do any other recreational drug's.
Health-wise, it could be better,i know. But it's not to bad...,is it?

Are you talking about amphetamines that you can get prescribed by a dr. or are you talking about METH amphetamines. Huge difference and the only reason I ask is your reference to recreational drugs. The first would no worse than taking ephedrine ( you never said what dose). The second is a waste of your health, time, teeth, hair and money. It would be hard to build muscle if you were up for days stealing tv's. Everything in moderation.

If you need a boost, then try an ECA stack or just some plain caffeine, but keep it moderate and don't make a huge habit of it...the other junk is just asking for trouble.

It's not prescribed amphetamine, but it's very clean and cheap ( £90/$150 per oz), so it's not damaging to my teeth or hair. I average around 6 hours sleep a night and 4 solid meals with a couple of shakes acompanied with fruit.

Speed - amphetamines ARE catabolic - destructive to your muscles.
A total contradiction to woking out and building muscles.

I don't think x once in a while is going to hurt you. It does hinder your strength for a few days after. I hit up a few clubs here in Toronto once in a while and I will party until 9-10 in the morning with the stuff. However this is something I don't make a habbit of. One every six weeks or so.

now it will make you tired so make sure your doinging it on a day were your off day is the next day hahahahahah.
Now K on the other hand that shit is dirty and will just screw you regaurdless.

It's your life, so do what you want, but understand, there are a million things to do right if you want your bodybuilding endeavors to be successful, regardless of what those goals might be. But for everything you do wrong, you only set your self back that much farther. It's kind of like each positive thing puts you one step closer to your gaols, each negative thing puts you back several steps.

listen eveyone, i don't mean to patronise, but we are not gonna make a decent living outta bodybuilding. Nobody doe's. But let me tell you this, you will alway's have a dynamite workout on speed, everytime.
You can eat all the cake's you want & drink the most beer along with your 6/7 meals, train on a bit of speed & still have a decent set of abs. no shit.
If you don't believe me, then try it.

i've done about every drug in the book over the years and they ALL set you back. i'm not just talking about setting you back in a muscle building way either. i could care less about abs, i like being healthy and strong...good luck with your drugs bro, in due time you will realize what a waste of time they are.
i have a dynamite workout every time i step in a gym...it's called willpower and dedication. this is a lifestyle to me and some of us don't want to have a heart attack at 35. i have a friend who does meth and coke all day and yeah he is lean but the doctor tells him he's walking a tight rope. good luck again.

I guess I view things differently than some people...why go to the gym to try and get bigger/stronger and try to live a healthy lifestyle only to take recreational drugs? I don't drink or smoke as I know neither will help me achieve my goals. If it's not going to put muscle on me, make me stronger, or make me leaner pre-contest I'm not doing it.
