I was wondering what any of you do to keep your blood pressure down while on?

Eat clean, stay away from alcohol and other rec drugs, do your cardio, and just live a clean life. Do this and you should be fine.

I concur...

Apart from a few glasses of beer once a month i never drink. i do cardio 3 days a week even when i'm bulking and i eat very clean with organic foods every day, no cheat meals.

my blood pressure is 130/50 as of two weeks ago and i'm on the biggest cycle i've ever done.

Mine is fine most of the time but there are days that it feels high.  I eat pretty clean and have very few cheat day.

I have drinks onces a week usally, nothing excessive.

But it only happens once in awhile.

Buy a blood pressure machine and monitor it at home, don't eat salt, and do cardio. If its still high get meds or quit running what your running.

Supposedly Hawthorne Berry and Red Yeast Rice stacked with CoQ-10 lowers bp. These are expensive supps and I've never seen any study that proves they work, only stuff I've heard on the boards.

my bp used to get higher when on.
Now it stays the same. I weigh 290, I am on 1300mgs of test and 400mgs of deca a week, plus 50mcg of t-3 daily ,  and I get my bp tested weekly. It has been no higher than 130/70 . The last few reading were, 120/80, 120/70.and 127/70. I do lots of cardio , eat fairly clean, get lots of sleep.

The Hawthorn extract works great!!!!!!!!  When I was 320 I had my pressure done and it was high...the doc gave me Prinival, 10 mg I think.  I cut the tab in half and took half...worked great!  After 3 weeks I decided to give natural supps a try and came off and began Hawthorn....with 4 caps a day my pressure stayed at 116/74 or so and I felt great.  Now 3 years later I'm only 260 and do close to an hour and a half of cardio a day, BUT still choose to use the hawthorn because I've learned so much about it and I think every athlete should add it as well as other great supplements.

I agree with Arnold. You might also want to try the Hawthorne Berry. I've had high BP for the past seven years. I was on meds for about two years & then I got sick of them. It's been high off & on since then. The real funny thing was that i was at the doctor the day before my wedding & my BP was 122/74 - I damn near hit the floor.
