Just finished setting up all of my Podcast equipment so its time to put it to some good use.



The Hornet's Nest will be an open forum addressing many topics including steroids, PDI, bodybuilding, etc

However this will be a SkypeCast Broadcast!!!!  This basically means you have the option of having the opportunity to address the whole forum.........Live & Direct!!!  It will be important to log in early as there will be only a maximum of 100 people allowed in at one time for the broadcast.


More news as it comes as this will not be launched until after the NPC Mountaineer

Unless any issues come up, I'm competing.  I'm training very hard, getting the cardio in and tearing up that tuna.

What are the odds "something comes up".  I bet pretty good odds.  We need to start a "pool" and see who will win with the reason why Vince will drop out.  You knwo he is.  No way can his friends get him so drunk he gets up on stage again.
