Title: Muscle SHAPE and Blood Flow!

Working with multiple sets to get the blood flowing in your muscles, does it help shape them bigger and fuller as opposed to hit type of training where pump means nothing and weight everything. Look at the striations on Arnold!

ive changed my training alot, going for exercise volume, and concentration for pumps and staying awya from super heavy weight..noticed a big difference man, but thats me.

Same here,but I train as heavy as possible as well.

I used to follow Arnold's routine but twice a week. This is when I had my 29 inch waist. Am contemplating going back to it and just train like a mad man.

Yes, you have to mix it up no doubt.

barbell, dumbell, machine in that order.
