How do you know you're 10%? Did you check it? If not you're just guessing.

Post by: natural al on August 09, 2006, 08:00:56 AM: go buy yourself a set of calipars, they're only about 20 bucks at GNC...I don't really like em but it'd be more accurate than just going by eye. I got mine tested a couple of years ago with some electrode thingy..came up with 12% and it's supposed to be really accurate so I was shocked.
