Farah is a str8 up guy...talked to him when I did the Jr USAs this year...his boy one 'chad martin' he was training some other guy for USAs I think...really nice to me and gave me his card...said he would train me

he is a very good personal trainer/nutrionist/guru whatever the fcuk they are now-a-days
