hey guys
I need some help with finding a new split.. I was thinking about upping my days in the gym. I've been doing a four day split for like forever never now... I've made some great gains but I just think that, I need to chang eit up.. I was thinking about doing a five day per week training split but realized that, I would be going to the gym for like 30-40 minutes a day. it doesn't seem worth it.... I'm a person that likes the quick workout, in and out in an hour. I was also thinking about doing a 2on/1off training style.... what do you guys think??

i switched mine to 3 on 1 off, 2on 1 off. and it really worked for me. chest,legs,shoulders,off,arms,back,off.
