I just discovered this... you can customize your own protein!!! there's like 15 types of protein to choose from, plus additives such as glutamine, bcaa's, etc.  it's wild, check it out:

Next thing you I am going to hear from you is: this doggcrapp routine is the best one ever!!! You can customize your own workouts!!!
