I've watched this fight between Fedor and Randleman several times, and always ask the question.
Most normal people would've been at least knocked unconscious from that Randleman suplex, but Fedor reverses the north/south position and then gets a sub.
Unbelievable!

it was a fluke landing IMO. You can land awkward from angles like that and just get straight back up and crack on. You can also land an inch either side and die from a broken neck. Ive done it in football (soccer to most of you) a few times and count myself lucky every time

Fedor is one tough SOB. I remember that match and thinking this guys is out.
Awesome power demo by Kevin. Practically power cleaned Fedor so high he (kevin) was on his toes trying to turn it over.
Why kevin didn't start ground and pound or drop elbows is beyond me. Didn't keep side control or anything. Kevin has ALWAYS been inconsistant and should have been an MMA legend if he didn't lose his head so much.
Pretty much gave away this match like others, but that's kevin.
Fedor is a beast also.

Kind of funny that the guy who did best against fedor in the last 4 years was Randleman... Even though he got subbed in under 3 minutes.
-
that was one hell of suplex.thanks for posting this video cuz i really wanted to see that..sad kevin lost..
-
If Randleman had the required killer instinct he would have smashed Fedor to pieces. He had him right where most people would KILL to have him and he just gave it up without a fight basically
-
Fedor is a beast and that suplex didn't look that bad to me. Fedor will tear any UFC heavyweight apart. It wouldn't even really be a match.
-
He is a cyborg from the future sent back to the past to change the future......

its a greco roman wrestling move called a 5 point throw, its very common even in highschool and kids get up from it every time, you just role with the throw and try to use your traps or shoulders to land on. you gusy must be bjj fags

yep, tuck in the head, just like fedor did. then recover asap.

Maybe you guys should watch this again.
He didn't roll thru. Had he done so, he would've ended up on his knees or on his stomach. He ends up flat on his back with Randleman on top of him.
That's not my idea of "recovering."

Rofl, is anyone did what randleman did there in a greco tournament they would be banned from all competitions. A five point throw is similar, but you don't leave your feet and try and spike the guy on his head.
-
The only roll i see is the one AFTER he lands lol
Good thing it wasnt on a side walk thats all i can say.
That was a cool fight for shure tho
-
Fedor said he's been slammed worse in training. He's a monster.
-
Train hard. Fight easy.

that suplex was by far the best thing i have seen in my entire life..any damn that suplex really looked like one of a kind and was picture perfect..i have a dream to use that kind of a suplex in any fight i would get in..and the shocking part of the video was that kevin lost after nearly breaking fedors neck.hhaa they replayed kevins suplex more than fedors arm lock..
