Title: If contests were left to the fans to score........
Post by: Scimowser on August 13, 2006, 05:57:13 AM: How many Mr Olympias, ASC Champions ect would there have been? I know there would have been an additional 4-5 atleast i.e. Jay, Kev, Shawn, etc. Had politics not crippled the validity the sport i believe there would be very few repeat champions because it seems every other year someone is being screwed out of a title.

Personally, and ive said this a few times before, i think there should be a BBing league to determine the best in the world. 10-15 contests, points for the top 10 finishers , 10 most points wins should compete at the Mr Olympia for the title. Now nothing like this will ever happen but i think it would be a good change for the sport because its never been done before

If it would've been some kind of voting system, I think guys like Cormier, Levrone, Shawn Ray and Labrada would've won on more than one occasion.

But if it was the loud-a-meter, the Olympia would've been ruled by gay schmoes. :'(

i really think the gay crowd goes for the prettier bodybuilders not the freaks they proabbly cheered louder for levrone and his booster briefs

the real bosybuidling fans non gay probably cheered for the mass monsters

Lots of straight guys compete in shows and follow the sport, but it is mostly fags like Earl and BayGBM who are into the idol worship of individual bodybuilders. That sort of thing may be normal in football or baseball, but in the context of bodybuilding it is totally gay.
