When you say "talking about it" do you actually mean high velocity shouts?
According to the doco all "episodes" of tourettes are called tics, including physical ones. Some of the kids had purely physical tics and it did actually make me wonder whether some people I've seen with periodic physical movement disorders are victims of tourettes (at the time I thought they were just retarded).
