Title: Derik Farnsworth Pro Card?

Derik,

I was told by the president of the CBBF that you were giving up your procard so that you could compete at the world championships.

Any truth to this?

no  its  not true...  this is  the first time i have heard of it..

  in fact   bill lawrence  is competing  for us .. i  did his contest prep for the past 4 yrs...

  but  , honestly   if i could , i would def.  give it up to compete at the worlds.. i have the silver medal .. i want  the gold.. but

   i'm happy....

people have given up thier pro cards before...that dude that was super ripped at the NOC a few years ago, give up your pro card but you can never be a pro again.  Here's his pics, don't know his name for the life of me:
