Title: Anybody at the Venice Show Muscle Beach

I guess the Mr. Venice or whatever show it called is today.  Stuntmovie is down there taking some pictures.  The promoter said he has more entrants than ever this year.  They are also honoring Joe Weider today and Joe is coming down.  And I guess it is imporatant enough to have Arnold to show up.  SO if anyone is in the Venice area go down and see a bunch of BB and I am sure allot of BB legends along with Arnold and Joe

The Muscle Beach Championships for Labor Day Weekend is Monday, September 4th. Prejudging at 10am, Finals at 1pm.  Hopefully, it all goes well, I plan to go along with the family...

Joe Weider is getting a lifetime acheivement award. Leroy Colbert (who now owns a supplement store in Sherman Oaks, California) will be there getting into the Hall of Fame. Same with Rachel McLish, whom some journalists in the sport think she is really, really hot. And Gene Mozee.

Of course, we get to see Bob Cicherillo, and one of the girls giving away the trophies is Jessie Sumner, who will be profiled on Hardbody.com soon.

It will be interesting to see what kind of turnout there is.  Free admission in the Mecca area...

free  my ass!!!!!  parking at venice beach on any holiday weekend is like $15-20 bucks.

Shawn, are you cool with Dorian now b/c I heard you two had your beefs in the past? 97 Olympia was probably the most questionable Olympia call in recent bb history.  I would have given it to you or Nasser and maybe Kevin but definitely not Dorian that night.

I just got back from Venice Beach. Beautiful day. Big crowds. Lots of competitors. Plenty of sights for everybody!
