Oh.I understand it. I heard many case of injury of big guys doing that kind of easy thing.
Art atwood injured his quads just steping down a stair,didnt he?

that guys upper body structure is insane. at 6´3 and 270 he really dwarfs the tiny ones. he´s not as thick as cutler or ronnie but i bet you he´s wider than them. his shoulder width is crazy and looks nice and naturally and not as, eh, artificial as someone like cutler.
it is a shame that he will not be able to build his legs anymore, because the rest is truly mr. o caliber. tall, freaky wide, a real pleasant V-shape, no gut, the very important gigantic lats and great back, good arms, he has it all.

somewhere i read he started concentrating on bodybuilding AFTER the accident. he was a pretty active basketballplayer.
