I know this is a little old but I was expecting there to be at least one thread about on here. At the Europa show this guy came on stage with what looked to be some kind of infection on both front delts - right where the upper chest meets the front delt

Anyone with knowlege know what this is - it was even more noticable on the live web cast - not hatin on dude just don't want the same thing to happen to me!!

I think its shoulder gyno.

It is defiantly some type of inflammation of some sort , reasons , first it is a bulbous parturition in a localised area, it also has a sheen that suggests inflammation or reddening of the skin , this oddity is defiantly caused by some sort of foreign body that has been recently put into that area and that the body is having a reaction to ( IE inflammation and swelling , the desired effect but not to the point of noticeable deformity )

At least get the pin in the middle of the delt jeeeeeze.. He might as well poked his armpit! HA

Believe it or not Ive seen it, saw him lactate milk from his shoulders every time he did dumbell bent over laterals.
Or it could have been oil?

The reason I posted this is because I wanted try and avoid anything like it myself, so do think this is some substance other than regular AS - or did this guy get a bad powder from China and didn't properly filter his shit before injecting it? - btw it was even more noticable on the live web cast.
