-
sad to hear that i hope everything still goes to plan for him
given the history of arnold and charles ray arde do you know if he is going to the funeral this close to a show.

Arnold lied about not going to his Dad's Funeral. His father wasn't even dead when he said that. How did this sad news get out? If its in fact true, thats very sad news. I hope it all works out for Vic.

Thoughts go out to Vic and his family, hope he still does the olympia on top of his game...........the next Mr. Olympia
-
As far as we know he will not be going to The Dominican Republic. We will see how all of this turns out, but we are all rooting for him and wish him the best. God bless him and his family.

I'm really sorry for Vic. Even though this is a perfect reason to sit out of the Olympia, it would be nice for him to use this as motivation and do it for his mom.

and you know him personally?
-
yup !

It may be a family matter but i would imagine most on here if not everyone would just want to give their condolences and say a quick rip!! Losing your mother would be devestating and im sorry to hear that.
If anything just ask ron to remove it if its that big of an issue.
-
Trust me i understand the good people who want to send their
thoughts etc .............But this board has a history of having very negative stuff in general and i don't think it's the place for it !
would you like to have your Very personal family business on a Bodybuilding board ?

That sucks. Today is My Moms 2nd. year anniversary of her death. It all comes back this time of year. I feel Vic's pain. Hope you make it OK. Bodybuilding seems so small at times like this. I hope She went painlessly and peacefully. I keep telling myself My Mon's in a better place. She was in great pain for the last month and it was a blessing that she was home and Her family was with her all the way. Once again I'm rambling on about my problem when it's been 2 years. Maby in another couple of years, I'll get over it.May you'r Mom RIP :'(

uncanny resemblence. Victor has the "look".
he could one day take it all.

That is very tragic. Im sorry to hear that. I hope you can find peace at mind through Training or another hobby. Believing that your mother is in a better place is very bold and a good thing to do. Take care.

For anyone that knows Victor on any level outside of the sport, know he is a great guy. Victor is always willing to chat, give advice, and he is a true professional. Just wait till you see him at the O, 2nd place should be his. He will beat Jay.
